SHIPPING POLICY
Some items are made to order, in that case, it will take up to 2 weeks to ship your package. All other orders will take up to 2 business days to ship. Please contact our team if you have any further questions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final on waist beads and necklaces. If your items are damaged upon receipt, you have 15 days to return your item(s) for an eGift card.
Bracelets and anklets may be returned up to 15 days after delivery for an eGift Card.
All items must not have been worn.
Email our team for a return label. Include your name and order number in the email. You will receive instructions on how to make a return via email.
Our inspection team will thoroughly examine the product to ensure it is eligible for a return. All other returns are not valid and can not be processed any further (meaning, if your item(s) are not eligible for a refund, you will not receive a refund or any notification about the status.)
